Initially when I filed the claim online, I was erroneously informed to contact the manufacturer because I was still under their warranty. I learned that I was not. It’s for this reason they got 4 stars instead of 5. I had to call and explain to Assurion. Once I did that they honored the extended warranty with no complications.
