Though it has aspects of realism, it is more about movement and lightness. I have found a huge amount of power and strength in my breath, something we often forget is available to us always. Sturdy paper plates
I ordered "too" heavy paper plates. A paper plate is used daily to zap my bacon in folded over paper towel. I use them daily for various kitchen tasks.

Less expensive than local grocery stores
This pack of paper plates works out to be a lot less expensive than my local grocery, and unlike the grocery store, Amazon always seems to have it in stock.
These are your basic, thin paper plate. We use them with plastic paper plate holders to add support. I think it's a good deal.
