A strong boysenberry fruit character is supported by a choc mint aromatic and a more savoury, roasted beetroot, plush flavour. Fermented on skins for 10 days with the goal to achieve a fine balance of good richness without over extraction. 20 percent new oak is used in this wine to give it additional density and richness. Lagrein is A Northern Italian variety native to the Trentino Alto
