The descriptions for this toy are very misleading. Upfront it says “Durable materials withstand rigorous play” Then buried further down it says “Best For Gentle Dogs”. Needless to say they didn’t last very long but they are cute. The design is poor, the rope only goes to the middle of the toy not all the way through.

One thing I would suggest for improvement is reinforcing the head or neck area which is what I did before even giving it to him to play because he is an aggressive dog. Adding extra stitching to those areas may make a big difference, especially for puppies who like to focus their chewing there. I believe this is a fun and engaging toy for our growing big puppy, especially for light to moderate chewers, Plus the price point makes it even more of a sweet gift idea.
