It is comfortable to use and it works as advertised. The button click is soft and quiet, so there is very little tactile feedback. I often drop a selected object in a click and drag motion. The mouse is OK for general use, but I would not recommend it for CAD or art. This mouse goes to sleep very quickly. I imagine this saves the battery. It doesn't wake on motion, it wakes on button click. With a laptop, the mouse goes to sleep after any short break. It behaves differently than other wireless mice.

You can instantly click to change the speed of the curser and make your clicks more accurate. This will be my mouse for choice. I have arthritis in my knuckles but, this mouse does not bother my hand at all. totally comfortable for a 12 hour workday.
