Back in the 20th century, this part of Champagne was known as La Petite Montagne de Reims (The Little Mountain of Reims) which is traced in numerous books at that time. 100% meunier from La Petite Montagne de Reims Pressed in the traditional Coquard of 4000 kg Fermentation followed by further ageing on lees in oak barrels for 11 months.
