A great product and at a great price. I received it the same day that I ordered it. I did not know that I was running out of the black. Do not listen to your printer just keep printing until the cartridge is completely empty!!!

Tried remanufactured and off brand cartridges and kept running into compatability issues with my Epson Work Force Pro WF-3820. These are more expensive-but they work. Have to take into consideration the fact that my printer is used for business and down time because my new cartridges aren't recognized by the printer costs $$$
