Very lightly peated with peat from the Parawa property originally named Talamara. A very pleasant whisky with notes of berries. An easy drinking dram with a sweet finish that is very rewarding once you start pulling it apart.

It does get thick and goopy. But in order for it to work I have to take 2 teaspoons as opposed to the 1 teaspoon with the other artificial sweetener version. So I’d rather do 2 teaspoons with Stevia. Results, however, for me have been inconsistent. That is not the case for me with the one that contains an artificial sweetener.
