I have used Epson printers for nearly 20 years and have been very satisfied, so I took a chance on a refurbished to save a few dollars. I was not disappointed. Epson service was excellent and Amazon's hassle-free return policy makes everything very easy. New or refurbished, I will go with Epson every time. Customer service goes a long way with me.
