Dorko Solingen Hair ClippersDorko Solingen hair clippers in box. I am unsure of the date on these. They are probably post war. There is a vinyl cover on the clippers which most people would think would definitively date this to the post war period but vinyl was very popular in the 1930's and I have owned a number of dated examples so it doesn't really help. The box is pretty beat up but the clippers are in good condition.

Initially I had installed non-genuine Lexus filter, which the seller claims it fits Lexus RX. That filter fits (kinda). After installing the air-filter and closing the lid, I could see the edge of the filter because the lid did not close tightly. I am not a mechanic, but I was concerned. Hence, I ordered the genuine Lexus filter from Lexus dealer through Amazon. I paid twice more than non-genuine filter (including extra shipping charge of $10.00). Genuine filter arrived in the FEDEX box (looks and feels pretty sturdy enough to protect the filter) only 2 days after I placed the order. I have just replaced the filter. The lid closes perfectly. Although I spent total $40, for the peace of my mind, it's the money well spent.
