Zubereitung: 2 EL Lammfleischgewrz, 1 Knoblauchzehe gepresst, 1 EL Senf, 3 EL Weisswein, 3 EL Oel verrhren. Fleischstcke mit Pinsel einmarinieren. Bei kleineren Stcken 2h, bei grsseren (Gigot) ca. 6 h bei Zimmertemperatur einwirken lassen. Das Bratgut whrend des Grillens nochmals mit der Marinade bepinseln. Zusammensetzung: Speisesalz,
