Sein Geschmack ist einzigartig und intensiv mit einem leichten Hauch von Haselnuss. Die Farbe variiert zwischen Grau, Braun und Oliv mit goldenen Schattierungen. Der Osetra wird nach der traditionellen Malossol Methode hergestellt.
