I ordered this foaming gel for my 11-year-old daughter on the recommendation of our dermatologist. I have been using this cleanser for a year. It's a simple unscented cleanser that is part of my rosacea care. No irritation or tightness. When it's on sale I grab a couple. I found that applying it to dry skin first, then adding water, is much more effective than applying it on wet skin. The consistency is a little thin so it's challenging to make it lather. A great all around cleanser for any type of skin.
