These KitchenAid All Purpose Shears are exactly as described--versatile, comfortable to hold, easy to use, and very sharp, so it's good that they come with a protective sheath! The stainless steel holds up (even when I forgot to take them out of the dishwater one day), and makes them easy to clean, nothing seems to stick to them for long. They're perfect for opening just about any package without tearing it, even the double-thickness of pet food bags.
